  • Remote Assistance with PC problems, by means of an Internet connection for users of Windows XP;
  • Remote dial-in for PC problems, using Symantec's 'pcAnywhere' program PC maintenance dial-in facility to owners of older versions of Windows.
  • Both services are secure and confidential, launched only by client invitation, and remain under the control of the client at all times;
  • Remote Assistance is built into Windows XP - remote assistance by means of 'pcAnywhere' depends on Symantec's 'pcAnywhere v.10.5' software having been installed previously on the client's machine (free of charge).
