1) Right-click the church cross image ( on the left);

2) Select 'Save Target As ...';

3) Choose a folder to save it to, click 'OK';

4) The image will start to download, showing a progress window (see below);



5) Note down the fastest and slowest Transfer rates. Repeat the download as many times as you need to, simply overwriting the image file each time;

6) Multiply the Transfer rates in KB/sec shown in the window above by 8 to find the Transfer rates in kbps at the fastest and slowest rate;

7) Compare the calculated values (in kbps) with what you're paying your ISP for;

... and THAT'S what you're getting for your money, on this occasion.
